Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check or credit card.
Twin Cities Nutrition Consultants does not currently process private insurance as a form of payment. We can provide you with the necessary
documentation to submit a reimbursement claim with your provider. You are responsible for submitting all necessary paperwork and will receive any
reimbursement directly from your insurance company.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At least 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Twin Cities Nutrition Consultants is aware unforeseen circumstances arise. However, failure to show up for your appointment results in blocks of time when other patients could be scheduled. Therefore, a $20 fee will be assessed to any patient who violates this policy.
Please note, arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened appointment time with full fees assessed. If you are substantially late for your appointment, refusal to see you may result in order to maintain on-time schedule; this would also result in a $20 fee.
